frequently asked questions

1) Saan mo po nakuha ang username mo sa Wattpad (shirlengtearjerky?)
From two Eraserheads songs: Shirley and Julie Tearjerky. Yes, I'm an Eraserheads fan. Hindi rin po Shirley ang first name ko haha!

2) Nagsusulat ka pa po ba sa Wattpad?
The only stories I update there are The Despicable Guy Book 1 (reposting old chapters only), This Might End Up A Story and Anthology. All of my new stories are on Inkitt already. Please see the My Stories tab for the status of my ongoing stories.

3). Kailan po ang next update ng (insert story title here)?
I write very slow and offline most of the time so expect scarce updates from me. It may take me months, or even years (lol), to update a story, so please be patient. Nag-uupdate lang ako kapag may oras at nasa mood ako, and usually nagbibigay ako ng hint kapag malapit na ako magpost kaya abang-abang na lang :)

4) Available pa po ba ang self-pub ng (insert story title here)?
All of my self-published books are for pre-order, and as of now, I don't have plans to open a new batch. Mag-aannounce naman ako sa Twitter kapag may bagong release ako :)

5) Nag-aaccept ka ba ng requests sa lengwrites account mo?
Yes, I do accept requests there kaso madalang na. I made that account as a safe space for me to share insights about my stories kasi medyo nahihiya na akong magtweet ng story-related stuff sa lengsungit haha! Hindi ako makapagdiscuss nang maayos sa main account ko dahil 'di naman lahat ng followers ko doon ay nagbabasa ng kwento ko. I hope you understand :)

Hello! I am finally opening a books on demand service for my self-published books. This will be different from my previous self-pub pre-orders dahil kaunting copies ng books lamang ang available per batch at mas maikli rin ang payment period. For more details, kindly read the details below.

Questions:

1) Bakit po hindi available ang The Spaces in Between (2016 Reprint, Extended Edition, Hardbound, and Extended Edition Hardbound) sa BOD niyo?

Hindi available ang TSIB 2016 dahil makapal ang book (450+ pages) at max of 350 pages lang ang tinatanggap ng supplier ko for printing a small batch of book orders. As for the other TSIB versions, very limited edition lang ‘yon at hindi na ako ulit magbubukas ng reprint orders for this. I hope you can respect this decision :)


2) Bakit kaunting copies lang per batch?

Para mabilis ang printing at delivery ng books. My previous self-pub pre-orders took months bago ma-print dahil sa large quantities ng books, so this time that’s not the case na.

3) Magbubukas pa po ba kayo ng next batch for this? Kailan?

I will open a new batch kapag nakapag-start na ako sa shipping ng books. So, probably around May 2021 ulit.

4) Kailan po mare-receive ang book orders?

Printing might take 3-4 weeks so around end of April 2021 ko matatanggap ang books kung walang delays sa supplier.

5) Paano po umorder ng reprints na ‘to? May form po ba? Paunahan po ba ulit? May quiz pa ba????

Via sltjstore.com ang orders ng books. No more forms and quizzes. Kung hindi makaabot sa first batch, please wait for the next one.

6) Umorder ako ng TSIB 2016/merch/ATLBYAM sa merch site pero hindi ako nakapagbayad. Pwede pa ba akong bumili ng reprints?

No. You’re already blacklisted from buying anything from my merch site so wag kang magtangka :)

7) Ate I have the IIF Pop Fic version. Magkaiba ba sila ng IIF self-pub mo?

Yup magkaiba. The IIF self-pub follows TMEUAS habang ang IIF PF version naman ay standalone. Magkaibang ending sila :)

8) Ate kailan magkakaroon ng iisang IIF self-pub na softbound?

Abangan by end of 2021, IIF 10th Anniversary edition :)
